In our licensed six-bed Adult Foster Care (AFC) home, you won't be one of dozens of aides rushing between rooms. You'll work in a calm, home-like setting where you know every resident by name, understand their routines and preferences, and see the direct impact of your care every day. This is hands-on, meaningful work for someone who takes pride in doing a job well and doing it right, even when no one is watching. Because our home is small, our caregivers work independently for much of their shift. If you're a self-starter who notices what needs to be done and simply does it without waiting to be told you'll thrive here. If you prefer close supervision and constant direction, this role likely isn't the right fit. Our residents depend on caregivers who show up on time, every shift, and who take genuine pride in their work. If you're looking for a short-term job, need constant supervision, or have struggled with attendance in the past, this position won't be a good match and that's okay. But if you're a dependable, compassionate self-starter looking for a long-term home where your work is noticed and appreciated, we would love to hear from you.
