University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers in Milan, MI. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care and support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. You will work closely with clients and their families to ensure personalized care plans are followed with kindness and professionalism. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental and emotional well-being. Administer medications and monitor clients' health as instructed by healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and health care team members to report changes or concerns. Assist with mobility and transferring clients to prevent falls and injuries. Requirements Previous experience in care giving or related fields is an advantage. Ability to pass background checks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a willingness to help others. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
