Continuum Home Health Care — West Michigan Continuum Home Health Care is hiring a reliable, dependable Part-Time Caregiver for a consistent weekday afternoon and evening schedule serving participants in the West Michigan area.

Starting Pay:

$20/hour We are specifically looking for someone who wants consistent weekday evening hours and takes pride in being dependable for the people they serve. Schedule Primarily Monday-Friday afternoons and evenings , with schedules generally falling within the 4:00 PM-9:00 PM range. We are building a route of clients so that caregivers can work multiple hours in a shift rather than driving around for isolated one-hour visits. Approximately 15-25 hours per week , depending on availability and final scheduling.

Responsibilities Care may include:

Companionship and supervision Meal preparation and meal reminders Medication reminders Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living Light housekeeping related to the participant's care Mobility assistance Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment Following the participant's care plan Completing required visit documentation What We Need The right candidate is: Extremely reliable and dependable Able to consistently work their committed schedule Comfortable working independently in clients' homes Compassionate and respectful Professional and dependable with communication Able to provide hands-on personal care when required Comfortable working with older adults and individuals who need assistance at home Able to pass required background and employment screening Attendance matters.
