Job Description
Applicants are required to submit an employment application, which can be found at the following link: https://form.jotform.com/213124982079055 The Pennington Home is looking for caring and compassionate individuals to fill the position of Aide to cover day shifts and night shifts. Direct Care Staff provide personal care and ensure safety to Residents with cognitive and/or physical disabilities in a home setting. Duties include but are not limited to: assisting residents with personal hygiene, daily living activities, documenting behavior and assisting with medications, preparing/serving meals for all residents, and housekeeping. These services will be provided to elderly with moderate to severe Alzheimer's Disease, Dementia, aged and/or developmentally disabled. The Direct Care Staff is responsible for implementation of Service Plans for each individual Resident.
