All resident care is provided in a manner that meets the residents needs. A caregiver maintains a "homelike" environment for the residents, protests and promotes resident's rights and assists the person to maintain independence and control to the greatest extent possible.

Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support Observe and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition to nursing staff Assist with meals and encourage proper hydration Maintain clean and organized resident environment Escort residents to activities and appointments as needed Communicate effectively with residents, families, and co-workers

Qualifications:

High School Diploma Previous caregiving or assisted living experience preferred, but not required Compassion for working with the elderly Basic knowledge or infection control and resident rights Strong communication and teamwork skills

$15.00
