BrightStar Care of Sterling Heights is hiring a Lead Caregiver & Staffing Coordinator to help recruit, mentor, and schedule our caregiving team while stepping in to help in the field when duty calls. Position Overview Responsible for managing caregiver schedules, ensuring full client coverage, and responding to urgent staffing needs in a fast-paced home care environment.

Key Responsibilities Support & Mentor Caregivers:

Step in to cover open care shifts or fill in with clients when emergency coverage is needed.

Coordinate Care:

Communicate daily with caregivers, clients, and office staff to keep care running smoothly, including participating in a weekend on-call rotation. Part-Time to Start (with potential to transition to Full-Time) Qualifications 4 plus years of experience in home care, caregiving coordination. CNA or HHA background is required (ready to handle hands-on care when filling in). Comfortable using computer software and scheduling tools.
