Job Summary Peake Pointe Care Services is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities. Our caregivers help clients maintain their independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their homes. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping others. Caregivers must be able to follow individualized care plans, communicate professionally, and provide consistent, quality care. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Provide mobility, walking, positioning, and transfer assistance as appropriate Prepare meals and assist with eating when needed Provide medication reminders and permitted assistance Perform light housekeeping and homemaking tasks related to the client's care Provide companionship, conversation, supervision, and emotional support Assist clients with maintaining independence and participating in daily routines Follow the client's individualized service plan and assigned tasks Accurately clock in and out and complete required visit documentation Observe and promptly report changes in a client's condition, behavior, or needs Maintain client privacy, dignity, confidentiality, and professional boundaries Arrive on time and maintain dependable attendance for all scheduled shifts Communicate promptly with the office regarding client concerns, emergencies, schedule issues, or changes in availability Follow Peake Pointe Care Services policies, safety procedures, and training requirements Experience & Qualifications Previous caregiving, home care, direct care, personal care, or related experience is preferred but not required Must be dependable, compassionate, patient, and professional Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and agency staff Must be comfortable assisting clients with personal care and activities of daily living Must be able to follow written care instructions and accurately complete required documentation Must have reliable transportation and the ability to report to assigned client locations Must successfully complete required pre-employment screening and agency onboarding requirements Must complete required Peake Pointe Care Services caregiver training before independently providing assigned client services Ability to work with seniors and individuals with disabilities with respect, patience, and dignity We are looking for caregivers who understand that quality home care is more than completing tasks. Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
