This is an opportunity to build trust and connection in a calm, respectful environment, supporting individuals who value dignity and independence. Care Giver/Companion Benefits & Compensation Generous compensation of $38+ per hour Stable, part-time schedule ( 3 days/week , 10-hour shifts , 8am-6pm or 9am-7pm) Every Saturday and Sunday required with one additional weekday Low-physical-demand responsibilities in a supportive home setting Care Giver/Companion Requirements & Qualifications Previous experience with in-home elderly care or companionship, especially for individuals with early dementia, preferred Calm, patient demeanor with excellent listening skills Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and work discreetly in a private household Punctual, dependable, and able to provide reliable transportation Non-smoker Care Giver/Companion Preferred Background & Skills Experience supporting individuals with mild confusion or memory concerns Genuine interest in fostering trust through presence and attentive companionship Care Giver/Companion Day-to-Day Responsibilities Provide calm, supportive companionship with a quiet, unobtrusive presence Prepare simple breakfast items and warm pre-prepared lunches (no cooking required) Offer gentle medication reminders and assist in locating personal items (e.g., hearing aids) Support a smooth, calm morning routine, especially for the wife when needed Maintain respectful awareness of household routines and personal space This is an ideal role for someone seeking meaningful, relationship-based work in a peaceful setting.
