Cedar Woods Assisted Living is looking for passionate resident care aids to join our team! No experience or certifications necessary , we are willing to train the right candidates! Candidates must have a passion for working with the elderly and dementia populations and understanding the importance of helping our residents maintain the highest quality of life possible. Must have excellent communication skills, be reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated to providing high-quality care. We are looking for positive and friendly caregivers that will be a great fit to our growing team. Essential Duties Provide personal care for residents including but not limited to escorting to activities, feeding, dressing, personal hygiene, showering, toileting, ambulation, and transfers. Assures that all resident rights are maintained. Completes assigned tasks daily. Creates positive impression through interaction with visitors, families, and residents. Maintains regular, punctual attendance as scheduled to assure no shift is short of caregivers to care for the residents.
Competencies:
Customer Service Attendance/Punctuality Dependability Pay:
$15.50 - $16.00 per hour Insurance offered after 90 days of employment
