Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver's , or HHA's to provide essential support to the client requiring 1 on1 supervision through out the night and to assist client to the bathroom ensuring client is clean and dry through out the night. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for the client by preventing falls. Client has moderate Alzheimer's and live in a Memory Care Unit at an assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to the client safety, and ensures client comfort. Duties Close supervision of client, ensure client safety. Assist client to the bathroom through out the night of client awakes and needs to use the bathroom. Check client depends and change if needed. Monitor and document client observations throughout the night, activity, and changes in health status. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Maintain cleanliness in the home environment by performing light housekeeping tasks including Cleaning bathroom if needed. Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including Alzheimer's care, dementia care. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Requirements Must have reliable transportation! Experience in caregiving or home health care is preferred; familiarity with assisted living or sitter position . Certification in CPR/AED/First AED Experience working with individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia. Strong observational skills to monitor patient conditions effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others live comfortably at home.
