Patience In Home Care provides home care nursing services for people with complex medical needs in the North Twin Cities Metro (Anoka County and surrounding areas). Description Hours Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday's (16 hours per week) 1pm-5pm Some weeks may have more available hours Overview Providing 1:1 care in a loving home. Must have a Driver's License to drive the client on nearby errands/appointments. Description We are looking for a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patient's homes in accordance with an established care plan. Responsibilities Helping client with organization Perform domestic and household tasks (light housekeeping/laundry) Driving to appointments and errands (must have a driver's license) Meal prep (the client will advise on what type of meals) Assist with client's personal care activities Reminders (medications/schedule) Provide companionship and basic emotional support Skills and Requirements Proficiency in English Caring and compassionate personality
