Eden Prairie Duties:

• Provide personal care and assistance to individuals in need
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs as directed by a nurse or healthcare professional
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing living spaces
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and social outings

Skills:

• Experience in providing care for individuals in various settings, such as hospice care, childcare, dementia care, or senior care
• Knowledge of first aid techniques and ability to respond to emergencies
• Familiarity with assisted living systems and equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and situations
