Job Summary Enterprise North, Inc. (ENI) is seeking a full-time Direct Care Service Specialist at its Madelia Enterprise and Enterprise Thrift Shoppe sites. ENI is a private, non-profit organization that provides vocational and day support services for adults with physical and developmental disabilities through in-house and community work and leisure activities. The responsibilities of this position include assisting service recipients with work, leisure, and personal cares. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. It is a fast-paced work environment, but no night or weekend hours are required. Candidates for this position must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license and good driving record, and be able to pass a back screen exam. Previous work experience in this field is preferred, but it is not required. ENI offers a competitive wage dependent upon experience.
