As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and well-being in various settings such as assisted living facilities and nursing homes. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of caregiving tasks, from personal care to companionship, all aimed at fostering a safe and nurturing environment. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide medication reminders and support with prescribed health routines. Monitor and document changes in clients' physical and emotional conditions through patient observation. Maintain cleanliness in the living environment to ensure safety and hygiene. Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Support mobility by assisting with transfers and ambulation as needed. Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers regarding client needs. Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures while providing direct support.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Hmong verbally Previous caregiving, assisted living, PCA, CNA, or direct-care experience preferred. Must demonstrate compassion, patience, respect, and professionalism when working with elderly residents. Ability to assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal assistance. Must be reliable, dependable, and able to work as part of a team. Must be able to follow care plans, document services provided, and communicate changes in residents' condition to appropriate staff. Must successfully complete required background checks and meet all applicable employment and licensing requirements. Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, or varying shifts as needed.
