Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve, including individuals with disabilities, and those requiring long-term care. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of caregiving tasks that promote independence and well-being in a home or community setting. Part Time - 24 hours per week Every other weekend Every other Holiday On Call Rotation Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Administer medication as prescribed and ensure proper medication management. Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, feeding, and mobility. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients. Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to appropriate personnel. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving, nursing homes, or related fields is preferred. Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care. Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations. Certification in medication administration is a plus but not mandatory.
