BETHESDA NORTH POINTE COMMUNITY CAREGIVER JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary:

Enjoy a rewarding career where you can make a difference in the lives of those whom you serve daily at our North Pointe location. Provide a safe and pleasant home-like atmosphere, emphasizing the resident's individuality while observing any changes in behavior and physical needs.

Responsibilities include:

home management tasks and services, life enrichment experiences, personal care for residents and delegated nursing services designed to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being. What makes this position different than most? This position presents the opportunities to build relationships and friendships with residents and team members in an enjoyable and exciting atmosphere. Bethesda is a non-profit social ministry that carries out its mission daily: "Serving others together in faith, community and life."

Full-time and Part-Time Evening OVN Shift 11:00pm-7:00am Part-Time Evenings 2:45pm -11:15pm Part-Time Evenings Float Shift Weekend and Holiday Rotation Previous experience is preferred but not required. Bethesda has a great team to teach you the skills for this position. No diploma, degree, or certificate required.
