Job Description

Care for residents overnight and get paid for it: $19.19-$22.25/hour, plus a $2/hour overnight differential and $3/hour on weekends. Full-time overnight hires also get a $1,000 sign-on bonus if working 40+ hours per pay period. Vista Prairie at Ridgeway is an assisted living and memory care community in New Ulm, and we're hiring a Resident Assistant for our overnight shift. You'll be the person residents count on between 10 PM and 6:30 AM — helping them rest safely, responding when they need something, and keeping their care on track through the night. What you'll do: Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care Assist with mobility and transfers, watching for safety at every step Administer or assist with medications according to each resident's care plan and your training Check in on residents regularly and respond quickly when they call for help Build real relationships with the people you're caring for Watch for and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nurse on duty What you'll need:
Required:
Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal directions
Preferred:
High school diploma or
GED Preferred:
Previous experience as a resident assistant, CNA, or in a similar caregiving role
Preferred:
Training in a health-related field Pay and shift pay: Base pay: $19.19-$22.25/hour, based on experience Overnight shift differential: +$2.00/hour Weekend differential: +$3.00/hour Sign-on bonus: $1,000 for full-time overnight hires scheduled 40+ hours per pay period
