Our Resident Aides play an important role in helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while building meaningful relationships every day. Why Join Our Team? Starting wage of $18.75 per hour Additional $0.50 per hour overnight shift differential Flexible scheduling with every other weekend and rotating holidays Paid, hands-on training—no experience required Employee referral bonus program Comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees Small, 15-bed assisted living community where you can truly get to know each resident Supportive team environment focused on providing exceptional care What You'll Do As a Resident Aide, you will: Assist residents with personal cares and activities of daily living according to their individualized care plans Administer medications as assigned Plan and participate in resident activities and engagement Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Encourage residents to remain as independent as possible Serve meals and assist with light housekeeping and apartment restocking Communicate with team members to provide the highest quality of care Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must successfully pass a Minnesota Department of Human Services background study No previous experience required—we provide all necessary training
