This is a dedicated placement caring for one gentleman client — not a rotating caseload.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-6:00 PM (30 hrs/week)

Responsibilities:

Assisting with workouts and physical mobility Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting assistance) Meal preparation Companionship and conversation Light housekeeping (tidying, laundry, dishes) Encouraging and supporting overall health and independence

Requirements:

Male caregiver (this is a genuine occupational qualification for this client's personal care needs) Reliable, punctual, and compassionate Comfortable assisting with mobility and physical exercise routines No certification required — we're happy to train the right individual Must be able to pass a Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) background study Reliable transportation to
