Key Responsibilities Companionship:

Engage clients in conversation and provide emotional support.

Activities Assistance:

Help clients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities.

Meal Preparation:

Prepare nutritious meals tailored to client needs.

Light Housekeeping:

Maintain a clean and safe living environment.

Personal Care:

Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming as needed.

Transportation:

Occasionally provide errands or shopping assistance.

Note:

Some clients may require additional support, including the use of Hoyer lifts and specialized dementia care. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. A valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle. Willingness to work one-on-one, unsupervised in a client's home. Ability to pass a background check. Must reside in Dakota, Scott, Rice, Carver, or Le Sueur County.

Schedule AWAKE Overnight shifts:

10 PM - 8 AM.

Flexible scheduling options:
