Role:

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily physical activities Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean living environment Offer companionship and emotional support to clients Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

Previous caregiving, home health aide, or personal care assistant (PCA) experience preferred Genuine compassion and patience when working with clients Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow care plan instructions CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
