Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to join our healthcare team. Duties Assist residents with daily activities such as mobility, hygiene, and nutrition Monitor and record vital signs, medication effects, and patient responses Maintain detailed medical documentation ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards Provide compassionate caregiving support in assisted living Qualifications Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or home care environments is highly preferred Experience working with individuals with older adults Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance while managing sensitive medical records and patient information
