Sonshine Manor, located in Republic, Missouri is currently seeking Residential Care Aide to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Observing patients to look for changes Notifying nurses about changes or medical issues with patients Following all safety protocols Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift Help Residents with personal hygiene Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements Making the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy Assist other staff in other departments as needed Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data

Skills and Qualifications:

Written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Knowledge of medical terminology and conditions Patient, calm demeanor Strong problem-solving skills
