Pillar Residential Opportunities is looking to add a direct care staff members to our team. We are looking to fill a full time weekend position. About Us Founded in 2000, Community Access is a non-profit agency that provides services and supports for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities in the Independence, MO area. We provide care in ISL, Group Home, Independent Living Skills Development, and Community Integration settings. At Community Access, we pride ourselves on our ability to implement a gentle culture for the people we support. Job Description Direct Care Staff work directly with the people we support as they live their day to day lives. Direct Care Staff assist with all aspects of daily living, such as Housekeeping cooking medication administration hygiene assistance scheduling and attending medical appointments attending social events, volunteering, and many forms of recreation.

Pay:

$18.00 per hour
