Professional Nanny — Join Our Nanny Network Lullabies & Lovelies Nanny Network is growing, and we're looking for caring, dependable, and professional nannies to join our network of trusted childcare providers in the St. Louis area. We believe finding the right nanny is about more than matching availability — it's about creating a relationship where both families and nannies feel respected, valued, supported, and heard. As a nanny in our network, you'll have the opportunity to be matched with families based on your experience, childcare philosophy, availability, personality, and preferences. What You'll Do Nanny responsibilities may vary depending on the family and position but can include: Providing attentive, loving, and age-appropriate care Creating a safe, nurturing environment for children Following parents' routines and preferences Preparing meals and snacks for children Planning age-appropriate activities, play, and outings Supporting children's developmental and educational needs Maintaining children's spaces and belongings Transportation to school, activities, or appointments when needed Communicating openly and professionally with parents Becoming a dependable and positive part of the family's support system What We're Looking For We're looking for nannies who are: Reliable, responsible, and punctual Warm, patient, and genuinely passionate about working with children Professional and respectful Strong communicators Comfortable working independently Able to provide professional references Experienced working with children Comfortable following a family's parenting style and routines CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification Willing to complete a background check Experience with newborns, toddlers, multiples, special needs, school-age children, or household management is a plus.
