Full-time or part-time direct care with experience wanted. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule to include possible overnight and weekend shifts. We are offering competitive wages depending on experience. This is an exciting opportunity as we are a family-based christian group home for 14 individuals with intellectual disabilities on 40 acres. Your responsibilities would include medication distribution, personal care, and life skills. Our residents are extremely independent, and most tasks are managed by coming alongside them to support them through words of encouragement and direction.
