Key Responsibilities Provide companion care and personal care assistance in resident homes. Follow tasks outlined in individual resident care plans. Assist older adults with daily routines while preserving their independence and dignity. Communicate any client changes or health concerns promptly to management. Qualifications & Requirements Proven companion care experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Compassion, reliability, and strong interpersonal communication skills for working with seniors.
