Job Description
Home Careolina is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide exceptional in-home care to our clients in Huntersville, NC. This role involves assisting patients with daily living activities while promoting their independence and comfort in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance. Monitor and document clients' health conditions and report any changes to supervisory staff. Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed care plans. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment. Offer companionship and emotional support to promote clients' well-being. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care activities. - Ability to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check
