WITH EXPERIENCE IN G-TUBE FEEDING IN RALEIGH/DURHAM

Allcare Home Health Agency is a locally owned and operated agency that provides a variety of services to clients in their home and community environment. Agency is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality in-home care services to our clients. We are looking to hire highly qualified, dependable and experienced RNs and LPNs to provide care for clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

G-Tube Feeding Management Wound Care Medication administration and management Provide one-on-one direct care in the home Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to treatment Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentation

Minimum Qualifications:

Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license Prior home care experience preferred Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association) Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Physical Demands:

Combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.
