This role involves assisting clients with self-care, meals, housekeeping, medication administration, behavior programs, active treatment, and transportation, while participating in community and program activities. Support clients during meals and family-style dining. Help with housekeeping tasks including clothing care, cleaning, and yard work. Assist with meal and nutritional supplement preparation. Administer prescribed medication accurately. Implement prescribed diet orders and use adaptive equipment. Follow behavior programs, data collection, and safety procedures. Support active treatment with training, data recording, and service goals. Communicate client information as directed by supervisory staff. Transport clients using company vehicles as required. Assist clients during community outings, school, and day program activities. Perform other assigned duties.
