Full Time 36 hour work week, 4 days $17.00 starting No health insurance offered Qualifications relevant social work related experience required, Bachelors Degree preferred must be over 21 years of age with a valid driver's license must pass drug screening and background checks able to use a computer to maintain client files and navigate relevant websites good with people; able to draw them into activities Company Overview Cirrus House is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to providing services for those with severe and persistent mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses. Responsibilities life coach facilitate the growth of members as they reach their goals teach coping skills to manage mental health/substance abuse barriers work side-by-side with members in the clubhouse to complete daily tasks while building healthy relationships and maintaining professional boundaries maintain accurate and timely records be accountable for your time on the clock and tasks done while working Perks 4 day work week (9 hr days), with 3 day weekends Paid sick time Health and Wellness benefits In-house, on-site gym/workout room
