Pay & Perks:

Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene) Provide mobility and transfer support Offer medication reminders Provide companionship and social engagement Prepare meals and assist with errands and shopping Perform light housekeeping and homemaking tasks Support clients living with Dementia or Alzheimer's Provide comfort and end-of-life support when needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of caregiving experience (CNA, HHA, PSS, PCA, or similar) Experience working with seniors in home care or healthcare settings Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance High school diploma or GED Flexible availability for live-in assignments Ability to pass federal and local background checks
Physical Requirements:
This role involves moderate physical activity including driving, assisting with transfers, standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 25 lbs as needed.
