$28.14 Benefits include: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide basic nursing and restorative care within facility policies under supervision of LPNs/RNs Attend report before shifts and communicate resident updates to licensed staff Assist residents with personal hygiene: bathing, grooming, dressing Support residents with ambulation, mobility, and positioning tasks Aid residents with nutrition, hydration, toileting, and waste management Respond to emergency situations adhering to facility protocols to ensure safety Follow Resident Care Plans and maintain confidentiality and privacy Practice infection control techniques consistently Respect residents' spiritual beliefs and encourage participation in their care according to their level of functioning What You Need Valid LNA license in New Hampshire Prior experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred Strong communication and compassionate caregiving skills Ability to work night shifts and a flexible schedule Covid vaccination series completed (exemptions not accepted) About the Assignment This opportunity is based at a well-respected nursing home in Claremont, NH, approximately two hours from Boston, MA.
