In Home Caregiver Manchester, NH From $20 an hour - Part-time, Full-time From $20 an hour - Part-time, Full-time Regency Home Health, LLC is currently seeking compassionate caregivers to join our dedicated team, providing exceptional pediatric home care and support for some adult patients. Home care caregivers, A caregiver in home care provides personal care and support to people in their homes, such as seniors, people recovering from surgery, or disabled adults.
Their responsibilities include:
Daily activities : Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming
Meals :
Serving meals and helping prepare them
Environment :
Maintaining a safe and clean environment Emotional support : Providing emotional support and companionship
Socialization :
Encouraging residents to socialize and participate in activities
Communication :
Communicating with healthcare professionals or family members
Records :
Keeping proper care records
Reporting :
Reporting any unusual incidents or behavior Caregivers can also help with light housekeeping duties and physical therapy exercises.
Qualifications/Skills:
Bedside manner Medical teamwork Promoting mental health Listening, analyzing information, and focusing on quality Physical ability to reach with hands and arms; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and lift up to 50 lbs. while avoiding potential injury Minimum 1+ year(s) professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses, or challenging behaviors Apply to make a difference is someone life!
