Job Summary Guardian Angels Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and Caregivers (CG) to provide high-quality in-home care. The role involves delivering personalized patient care and fostering positive caregiver-client communication. This position is ideal for individuals with a caring heart who enjoy helping others and making a meaningful difference in clients' lives. Responsibilities Provide personal care and hygiene assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Support clients with toileting and mobility needs to promote safety and comfort. Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment. Remind clients to take medications as prescribed, ensuring medication adherence. Offer companionship and engage clients in activities to promote mental well-being. Assist with shopping, errands, and attending appointments as needed. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide empathetic support. Support clients with dementia-related care, ensuring respectful and compassionate treatment. Experience Prior experience in patient care or caregiving is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Dependability, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities for success in this role.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
