Job Description

Role:
Caregiver Responsibilities:
Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean environment. In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Communicate effectively with families and care teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma/GED, age 18+, CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain. Demonstrates compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
Key Duties:
Providing hands-on support, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring a positive quality of life for seniors. Supporting safety, dignity, and independence in daily activities and special care settings.
