8am to 12 noon. Serious applicants only please. Available to start immediately.
MUST HAVE CURRENT NEW JERSEY CHHA LICENSE AND VEHICLE.
We need caregivers that enjoy helping others, want to work and do not have attendance issues or drama. Flexible days. We are seeking compassionate, dependable and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Duties:
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure client privacy and confidentiality
  • Work with individuals providing personalized care and support
  • Provide specialized care for individuals with memory loss or dementia
Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of caregiving techniques and best practices
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of maintaining client privacy
  • Ability to provide compassionate care and emotional support to clients and their families
Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player
  • Empathy and compassion for others
