Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated PCA/HHA professionals to join our Behavioral Health Assisted Living team. We have evening, weekend, and overnight shifts available , with full-time and part-time opportunities. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and comfortable working with residents who have behavioral health needs. This position provides hands-on support while promoting resident dignity, safety, independence, and quality of life.. Duties Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, and mobility as needed. Provide assistance with meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration. Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents. Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition, behavior, or functioning to nursing staff. Provide respectful and compassionate support to residents experiencing behavioral or emotional difficulties. Follow individual care plans, facility policies, and safety procedures. Assist with maintaining a structured and supportive environment. Communicate effectively with nursing staff and other members of the care team. Protect resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times. Qualifications Current PCA or HHA certification preferred/required as applicable. Previous experience in assisted living, behavioral health, mental health, or residential care preferred. Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident care. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional when working with residents who may have behavioral or emotional challenges. Must be available to work evening, weekend, and/or overnight shifts . Commitment to providing quality care and maintaining resident safety and dignity.
Pay:
Up to $18.65 per hour
