What you'll need is a high school diploma (or equivalent), solid communication skills in English (spoken and written), basic computer skills and most importantly, the kind of heart and reliability that this work calls for. The day-to-day demands of this role require an extreme level of patience and de-escalation that may not align with your personal strengths or current coping strategies.
