Caregivers Needed - Riverhead / Manorville / Shirley and Surrounding Areas Home Instead, Hampton Bays is looking for AWESOME Individuals to provide compassion and a caring attitude toward enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our Long Island Community. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion, while enhancing the lives of our CARE Pros by creating a passion with a purpose, not just a job. We provide paid skills training necessary for the role, you bring the empathy and understanding, and we will teach you the skills.
These may include:
  • Companionship and conversation
  • Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Medication and appointment reminders
  • Transportation and shopping
  • Alzheimer's and/or Dementia Care
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner Range of Compensation for this position is $19.
65 - $21.00 hourly.
Pay:
$19.65 - $21.00 per hour
