As a Resident Assistant , you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents in a dynamic and compassionate environment. King David Post Acute Nursing & Rehabilitation is a leader in post-acute care, and we are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a sense of community and connection Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding and hydration Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Participate in resident care conferences and discharge planning Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including their living areas and common spaces
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in healthcare or a related field preferred Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package About the
