Employee referral bonuses, recognition programs, and opportunities to progress in career. Caregiver Responsibilities As a Right at Home Caregiver, you will assist seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:

Personal Care:

Assisting with bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, and mobility/transfers.

Companionship & Engagement:

Engaging in meaningful activities like reading, puzzles, and conversation.

Homemaking:

Light housekeeping (vacuuming, sweeping, dishes, laundry, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms).

Meal Preparation:

Preparing healthy meals and snacks according to client instructions.

Errands & Transportation:

Accompanying clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, or local errands.

Specialized Care Support:

Medication reminders, prescribed range-of-motion exercises, and dementia/Alzheimer's care support. Job Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred). CNA, STNA, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant certification preferred (or relevant family/professional caregiving experience). Valid Driver's License and current auto insurance. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check (BCI/FBI). Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs without assistance. Strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking English).
