Responsibilities As a Resident Assistant, you will help our residents with their daily needs while promoting independence, dignity, comfort, and safety.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living Providing mobility, transfer, and ambulation assistance Responding promptly to resident call lights and requests Assisting residents with meals and hydration Providing companionship and emotional support Observing residents for changes in condition and reporting concerns to the nurse Maintaining clean and comfortable resident rooms and common areas Following resident care plans and facility policies Working cooperatively with nurses, caregivers, and other team members Providing respectful and compassionate care at all times What We're Looking For We are looking for team members who are: Compassionate and patient Dependable and punctual Comfortable working with older adults Able to work well as part of a team Willing to learn and follow established care procedures Able to maintain resident confidentiality and professionalism Committed to providing excellent resident care Previous caregiving or assisted living experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
