As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities by offering personalized care in their homes or assisted living facilities. Your responsibilities will include providing direct support, monitoring patient health, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Responsibilities Deliver patient care with respect and dignity, catering to individual needs. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients. Monitor patient health by observing changes in condition and reporting them to healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate records of patient care and adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding privacy. Assist with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safety at all times. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental stimulation and social interaction. Ensure a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. Experience Certification in CPR is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not already held is encouraged. Understanding of patient observation techniques and ability to recognize signs of distress or changes in health status. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
