Comfort and Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide in-home support to individuals with developmental disabilities. DSPs assist individuals with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and personal choice in a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities Provide support with daily living activities based on each individual's needs. Assist with personal care, hygiene, and other activities of daily living. Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home. Support individuals in developing life skills and increasing independence. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals served. Complete required documentation and report any concerns as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license. Current auto insurance. Current CPR certification preferred. If you are not certified, training is available. 8-hour DSP training preferred. If you have not completed the training, we will provide it.
