Summary As a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Beckett House Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This position is essential for supporting our mission of providing quality service and fostering a family-focused environment. This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA). In this position you will join a dedicated team who is focused on providing quality care in a family focused environment. This position has a starting pay rate of $19 to $20 an hour based on years of certification Additional 0.75 cents from 7pm-11pm and additional 0.50 cents from 11pm-7am The typical schedule for this opportunity is Three(3) 12-hour shifts a week 6:00pm-6:00am. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview. vaccines Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any side effects. Maintain a clean and safe environment by following aseptic techniques. Support residents' emotional and behavioral health needs through compassionate interaction. Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with mobility and lifting of residents as needed to ensure their safety. Requirements Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant with valid certification in Ohio. Experience in senior care or rehabilitation settings preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members. Ability to lift and assist residents safely.
