What We're Looking For A compassionate and dependable attitude Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to pass required background check and drug screening Professional and reliable communication Caregiving, home care, assisted living, skilled nursing or senior care experience preferred, but not required CNA, STNA and HHA applicants are encouraged to apply, but certification is not required for all Care Professional positions. You do not need to be an STNA or CNA to become a Care Professional with Home Instead. Previous caregiving or senior care experience is preferred, and we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you feel confident in your role. Ready to Make a Difference?
