Windsor is looking for caring caregivers to join our team! Our caregivers have the opportunity to learn and grow a career in the field of health care and long term care / assisted living. Caregiver Requirements:
- Experience preferred but not required. - Certification or registration as required by Federal and State laws depending on the position, with training provided
Caregiver Responsibilities:
Help complete activities of daily living, including: Bathing Dressing Transfers to and from bed; wheelchair; toilet; shower chair; recliner Toileting Repositioning in wheelchair and bed Assistance with feeding/eating, as applicable Hygiene tasks, including brushing teeth, face washing, hair care and make-up, etc. Help with mobility in the apartment or with in community to/from Complete instrumental activities of daily living, including: Laundry Assist with attending community activities Make bed and change bed linens Clean/maintain equipment Evacuate in emergency situation
Notable Functions:
Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality Create a positive work and home environment with open communication and teamwork Completion of computer charting, as applicable.
