Weekends, second shifts and awake overnight shifts Reliable Team Care is hiring dependable and patient Direct Support Professionals to assist an individual in their home.

Responsibilities include:

Providing hands-on assistance with personal hygiene and all activities of daily living Supporting an individual with mental health and personality disorder-related needs Remaining calm and professional when the individual becomes argumentative or easily agitated Redirecting behaviors and maintaining a safe, respectful environment Completing household tasks, documentation, and other assigned care duties Important work-environment information: The individual smokes cigarettes and marijuana. Applicants must be comfortable working in an environment where smoke may be present.

Ideal candidates will:

Be patient, dependable, and comfortable providing personal care Have experience supporting individuals with mental health or behavioral needs Be able to remain awake and attentive throughout overnight shifts Be comfortable with an electric and hydraulic Hoyer. Communicate professionally and maintain appropriate boundaries Pass all required background checks Speak Spanish or be bilingual, preferred but not required DSP experience and current medication certification are preferred but not required.
