As a Caregiver at Aging in Place Home Health Agency, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing personalized care to seniors, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Supporting clients' independence by encouraging and facilitating their ability to perform daily tasks Monitoring and reporting client health and well-being to the healthcare team Building strong relationships with clients and their families through empathy, understanding, and compassion Maintaining accurate records and documenting client care and services
